Intensive therapy services are typically $295-$590 for a 90 minute or 120 minute session. We will determine the best course of action based on your needs with all costs being discussed upfront. Services may be eligible for partial reimbursement by using out-of-network benefits (see FAQ below for more information).

  • Intensives provide more value and because we dive deeper in a shorter amount of time you are able to get your desired results quicker. Intensives are a great option for those with time constraints.

  • Sometimes insurance plans will reimburse a portion of the cost of psychotherapy. For insurance purposes, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I recommend you speak with your insurance company ahead of time to learn the exact details of your policy, including what out-of-network benefits are available. I can provide you with a superbill for all direct contact therapy services included in your intensive. This is what you will submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that insurance companies requires a diagnosis code as a reason for treatment.
