Therapy for Divorce Support, Relationship Transitions, & Anxiety in West Palm Beach, FL
Finding calm, clarity, and confidence
You Look Like You’re Holding It Together. Inside, You’re Overwhelmed.
Maybe you’re navigating a major life shift.
A move, career change, relationship change, or another major transition can leave you feeling unsteady. What used to feel predictable now feels uncertain, and you may find yourself questioning where you fit or what comes next.
You question your decisions.
Even when you’ve carefully thought something through, doubt creeps in afterward. You revisit the choice from every angle, wondering if you missed something or should have handled it differently. It can feel like no decision ever fully settles, because the “what ifs” keep showing up.
You feel tense even when everything seems “fine.”
On the outside, nothing may appear wrong. But inside, your body still feels tight—your shoulders raised, your jaw clenched, your mind scanning for the next problem. Even in quiet moments, it’s hard to fully relax because part of you is always bracing for something.
Maybe you’re going through a divorce.
Divorce can bring a mix of emotions—grief, anger, relief, confusion—all at once. You may be adjusting to new routines, new identities, and a future that looks different than the one you once imagined.
You feel drained trying to keep everything steady.
You work hard to hold things together—for your family, your work, your responsibilities—but the effort can be exhausting. Carrying so much internally can leave you feeling worn down and mentally overloaded.
What therapy looks like with me…
You won’t be judged. You won’t be rushed.
You also won’t just vent without direction.
In therapy with me, you can slow down and step out of the constant cycle of overthinking and self-doubt. Together, we’ll create space for you to process what you’ve been carrying—whether that’s anxiety, the pressure to meet impossible standards, or the emotional weight of a major life transition or divorce. You’ll learn to quiet the mental replay, trust your decisions more fully, and set boundaries without the guilt. Over time, therapy can help you feel calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more grounded in who you are and how you want to move forward.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, more present, and less driven by fear.
My work is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative.
About Dr. Sara Marchon
I’m Dr. Marchon, DSW, LCSW, and I’ve spent my career helping people stop living on autopilot in their anxiety, self-doubt, or the aftermath of big life changes like divorce. For more than a decade, I’ve helped people understand what keeps them stuck, build emotional resilience, and create real strategies to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in their lives.
I know what it’s like to feel responsible for everyone else, worry about every choice, and still wonder if you’re “enough.” Here we won’t just talk about what’s hard. We’ll look at why certain patterns keep showing up and how to move through them with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, or divorce, here you will find steadiness, clarity, and a sense of control again.
